Beyond the Gavel is a post-session legislative update designed to bring REALTORS® up to speed on the outcome of the Maryland General Assembly session after Sine Die. This class will review the key real estate-related bills considered during session, provide an update on the legislative initiatives championed by Maryland REALTORS®, and explain what the final outcomes mean for REALTORS®, property owners, and homebuyers across the state. Attendees will leave with a clearer understanding of the advocacy work happening on their behalf and how this year’s legislative decisions may impact the real estate industry moving forward.
