We laugh, but an empty open house can be one of the most disheartening things in our industry - it's a missed opportunity for selling a client's property, picking up potential leads, and making connections. For this reason (and others), many agents shy away from hosting open houses and don't realize they can be a great lead generation such as building their sphere and connecting with community and neighborhood.
