This course reviews Maryland’s requirements for residential brokerage relationships, including brokerage agreements, duties to clients and non-clients, confidentiality, dual and intra-company agency, and required disclosures. Agents will gain a clearer understanding of when and how agency relationships are established, what must be disclosed to unrepresented parties, and how to properly navigate representation while protecting their clients and meeting Maryland licensing requirements.
