Agents will review their responsibilities to clients, the public, and fellow licensees, along with how ethics complaints and enforcement are handled. The course also examines predatory lending practices, common red flags, and real-world situations that can put consumers and licensees at risk. Agents will leave with a stronger understanding of how to recognize ethical concerns, protect their clients, and uphold a high standard of professionalism.
