We’re excited to launch a new monthly TransactionPlus Orientation for all Douglas Realty agents. Beginning this month, the orientation will be held on the second Wednesday of every month from 1:00–2:00 PM via Zoom. During the session, we’ll walk through the TransactionPlus platform and show you how to take advantage of its tools and services, including: Contract Concierge [coming soon] Advanced compliance reviews Transaction coordination Post-closing property stewardship Personalized marketing [coming soon] Client lifecycle and follow-up systems Buyer, seller, landlord, and tenant templates available in Dotloop Whether you’re new to Douglas Realty or simply want a better understanding of everything TransactionPlus offers, this orientation will help you streamline your transactions, remain compliant, and create a better experience for your clients.
