Greg Fisk has been licensed in real estate since 2002 and has distinguished himself as a leader, advocate, educator, and business development strategist at the local, state, and national levels. Over the course of his career, he has built a reputation for servant leadership, industry engagement, and a steadfast commitment to helping both agents and the profession grow stronger.
In 2025, Fisk served as a National Association of REALTORS® Director, Federal Political Coordinator for Maryland’s 3rd Congressional District, Chair of the Maryland REALTORS® Public Policy Committee, Immediate Past President of the Anne Arundel County Association of REALTORS® (AACAR), and Chair of AACAR’s Local Legislative Committee. He also served on the AACAR Board of Directors from 2017 to 2019 and is a graduate of the
Maryland REALTORS® Leadership Academy.
Professionally, Fisk has consistently worked at the intersection of leadership, advocacy, education, and brokerage growth. He served as Principal Broker/Owner of JPAR Maryland Living from 2020 to 2025 before the company was acquired by Douglas Realty. He now serves as Regional Manager and Director of Business Development for DCA Real Estate Solutions, where he focuses on helping agents build sustainable businesses, adapt to a changing marketplace, and embrace new opportunities for growth. Fisk also serves on the Board of Directors of the Maryland Real Estate Educators Association, reflecting his strong belief in raising the standard of professionalism through education, mentoring, and practical guidance. Throughout his career, he has remained committed to developing people, strengthening the profession, and creating pathways for others to succeed.
At the core of his leadership philosophy is a deep belief in service. Fisk’s personal mission is to leave the spaces in which he lives and works better than he found them. That purpose has shaped his approach to advocacy, association leadership, mentoring, brokerage development, and education, always with a focus on helping others learn, earn, and give back to their communities.
Looking ahead, Fisk is especially energized by the future of real estate and the role strong leadership will play in shaping it. He believes the next chapter of the industry belongs to those who can combine high ethics, entrepreneurial thinking, innovation, and strong advocacy while continuing to elevate the consumer experience.
Receiving the Omega Tau Rho recognition is especially meaningful to Fisk because it reflects service to the REALTOR® family and to a profession that has given so much to him over the years. For him, leadership has never been about recognition alone, but about responsibility, contribution, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact.
